Important Mount Washington Parking Information
Mount Washington Alpine Resort will always provide parking for Santa and his eight reindeer, but as our operations base and Village are at about 3,800 feet, flat land for parking is at a premium!
Mount Washington Alpine Resort provides parking for Day Skiers only, do not park in the resort's eight Day Lots overnight.
The drive-to properties on Alpine Road (Bear Lodge and Deer Lodge), Henry Road (Blueberry Hill, Creekside House, Mountainside Lodge, Paradise Ridge, Parkview Place, Ptarmigan Ridge, and Strathcona Park Lodge) and the chalets on Foster's Place provide parking for their guests only, DO NOT park in their lots unless you are an owner or registered guest with a valid permit.
The ALPINE VILLAGE (Strata 799) provides parking by valid permit only for their owners and registered guests in the two lots off Henry Road, the VILLAGE Lot across from the General Store, and the lot parallel to Strathcona Parkway.
Ministry of Highways WILL TOW any cars parked on Strathcona Parkway, Nordic Drive, Henry Road and Foster's Place.
Thank you very much for honoring the parking regulations and have a great stay. The parking lot at the base of the mountain is available for overnight parking so you could consider car pooling.
