Newly renovated bright 3 bedroom 2 full bathroom corner unit in Paradise Ridge. We are new owners of this condo and are very excited to share our pristine unit. We have purchased all new beds and quality linens to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible. We chose this building because of it’s amazing location. Easy access to the slopes and the ability to drive in and park.

My husband and I are looking forward to providing the type of experience we enjoy when we rent accommodation. We will do our best to make sure your stay is as pleasant and worry free as possible. The kitchen will be equipped with basic needs such as coffee, tea, spices, cooking oil etc.

We are renting based on a 3 night minimum and there will be a $150.00 cleaning fee per stay. We will be ensuring the unit is cleaned based on COVID-19 protocols so you will feel safe and comfortable during your stay. 50% is required at the time of the booking and the balance of the booking is required 30 days in advance. In the event you have to cancel and we are able to book the unit we will refund your money. There is a $300 deposit which will be returned as soon as the unit has been checked for damages. Sorry no pets. This is a non-smoking non-vaping unit including the balcony.
