Wonderful Bear Lodge, right at the base of the ski hill! A truly ski in and ski out location. The condo is south facing with lots of sun and wonderful mountain views. Ski all day, easily come back for lunch, then enjoy a hot tub at the end of the day (Common hot tub on the same floor, Covid restrictions allowing). For the evening, stroll over to Ted's pub at the Lodge. This is a very central and convenient location. No need to shovel your car as we have underground parking and a ski locker right beside the car.

The condo is conveniently on the first floor, which makes loading, and hill access, quick and easy.

There are no pets, and no smoking/ vaping permitted. (Sorry strata rules and enforced with fines).

We are a family friendly condo and have lots of kids toys, board games, and DVDs (remember those?) to keep everyone happy. We have a stereo with a CD player, an ipod/smart phone docking port and a flat screen- smart TV in the living room. 2nd bedroom has a twin loft bed over the queen with additonal T.V. Master bedroom has a king size tempur-pedic matress. Living room couch has a pull out queen matress. Bathrooms are 3 piece and 4 piece.

The kitchen has full fridge, stove, oven, microwave, garburator, and dishwasher. The kitchen is also equipped with many items needed for meal preps, and serving. Lots of glasses, mugs, plates, cutlery, etc. The dinning room table has enough room for 7 or 8.

There is a washer and dryer in the unit.

High speed Telus Optik Wifi and TV is included.

Check in at 3:00pm and check out at 1:00PM. Come and enjoy the Mt. Washington experience!. Holiday rates apply for Dec. 18th- Jan. 3rd, Family Day long Weekend. For March Break (March 18th - April 3rd), weekend rates apply.

Guests are required to clean the unit before leaving (check out time set late, to ease final cleaning), and provide their own linens. We charge a fully refundable $200 damage deposit upon reservation.

Reservations are set with full payment + damage deposit, via e-transfer. Upon receiving payment, a condo information sheet is sent (door codes etc.) Full refunds are granted until 2 weeks before check in.

We are a family that love this condo and are happy to share it with others, but this is NOT a party condo. We welcome those who are respectful of our space and neighbours.
