Amazing sunset views of the snow-topped mountains of Strathcona Park in this beautiful top corner condo! All view photos here are taken from the living room. The bedroom and balcony provide views of the ski and mountain bike slopes. As this place is ski (or bike) in/out, you will be on your way quickly. After a day of play, you can relax your muscles in the sauna or by the fireplace. The unit provides you with a well-outfitted kitchen, with a dishwasher, oven and microwave for your home-made meals. The bedroom offers a queen bed, with a separate single bed overhead, as well as a single fold-out bed. High quality sheets and towels are provided. One of the couches in the living room can also be turned into a bed. A full washer and dryer and a large storage space for your ski outfits compliment the deal. There are lots of books and board games, and a new large TV with a wide selection of DVD's. Your own devices can connect wireless to the TV so you can stream your favorite shows too with your private high speed internet. Your car can be driven into its reserved parking space in the underground parking.

The holiday rates are for the 23th of December 2023 to the 7th of January 2024 and from the 15th until the 2nd of April.

Weekend rates are for Fridays and Saturdays (and some Sunday long weekends).

You may choose to do your own end cleaning or use our cleaning services for $105. We charge a fully refundable $200 damage deposit upon reservation. Reservations are set with full payment + damage deposit, via e-transfer. After receiving payment, a condo information sheet is sent (door codes etc.) Full refunds are granted until 2 weeks before check in. No 3% MRDT and 8% PST charged on monthly rentals.

We are a family that love this condo and are happy to share it with others, but this is NOT a party condo. We welcome those who are respectful of our space and neighbours.
